Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using TutorWick’s services. By enrolling your child in our classes or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms cover enrolment, fees, missed classes and what TutorWick can and cannot promise. Fees fall due after the first two classes and are then paid in blocks of eight. Students get up to two make-up classes a month; every class a TutorWick trainer misses is rescheduled free. TutorWick cannot guarantee a specific examination result or grade.

1. Enrolment
- Enrolment begins once a student completes the trial class and confirms admission.
- Parents are responsible for providing accurate student information.
- TutorWick reserves the right to update schedules, teachers, or course plans when necessary.
2. Fee payment policy
- Fees become due after the first two classes.
- Parents pay for each block of 8 classes.
- Once the eighth class is completed, payment for the next 8 classes is required.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is received.
3. Missed classes and make-up classes
If a student misses a class
- Up to 2 make-up classes per month will be provided.
- Parents should notify TutorWick as early as possible if a class will be missed.
If a TutorWick trainer misses a class
- Every missed class will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Class schedule changes
One-to-one classes
- Parents may request a permanent change to the class day or time.
- We will do our best to accommodate the request based on trainer availability.
Group classes
- Schedule changes require agreement between the trainer and the students in the group to ensure minimal disruption.
5. Attendance and punctuality
- Students are encouraged to join classes on time.
- Late arrivals may reduce effective learning time.
- Repeated absences may affect learning progress.
6. Performance monitoring
TutorWick continuously monitors student progress through:
- Attendance
- Homework
- Quizzes
- Class Participation
Parents receive a monthly progress report highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
7. Online class requirements
To ensure smooth learning, students should have:
- Stable internet connection
- A laptop or desktop (recommended)
- A quiet learning environment
- Required learning materials before class
TutorWick is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s own internet or equipment issues.
8. Intellectual property
- All worksheets, presentations, lesson plans, recordings, and learning materials provided by TutorWick remain the intellectual property of TutorWick.
- These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without written permission.
9. Changes to services
TutorWick may occasionally update:
- Course content
- Teaching methods
- Trainers
- Class schedules
- Policies
These changes are made to improve the learning experience. Parents will be informed whenever significant changes affect their child’s classes.
10. Limitation of liability — no guarantee of results
TutorWick is committed to delivering high-quality tutoring; however, we cannot guarantee specific examination results or grades.
